Through simple explanations and practical tips, we’ll explore how proper hydration helps you stay energised, focused, and ready to race. Whether you want to feel stronger upwind, think faster around the course, or finish the day less tired, this session will give you the tools to hydrate smarter for your sailing. This session will be recorded and distributed to those who may not be able to attend the meeting in online. The session will begin promptly on time so please make sure you arrive on time. Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent with session details, access links, and any preparation instructions. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Participant cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or to rebook. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. No-shows: If you miss your session without notice, no refund will be issued. 3. Coach Cancellations If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered alternative dates or a full refund. 4. Technical Requirements Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, access to a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet environment. It is your responsibility to test your setup beforehand. 5. Under-18 Participants For sailors under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking form and be present at the start of the session. Sessions may be recorded for safeguarding and quality assurance purposes. 6. Recording and Materials Workshop recordings (if applicable) and any personalised feedback or follow-up materials are for your personal use only. Redistribution or public sharing is not permitted without written consent. 7. Code of Conduct Respectful communication and a positive learning attitude are expected. We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
