Weekend 3: Hayling Island SC - Tera South and SW RTS 2024/25

Unfortunately, due to the weather forecast showing consistently over 30-35 knots over the whole weekend, we had to make the hard decision but to cancel the weekend. However, thanks to the coaching team, we managed to run a days worth of class room sessions for majority of participants followed by a Christmas dinner and quiz hosted HISC!

It was a great days worth of coaching with brilliant focus from the sailors whilst we covered multiple topics such as venue tide planning for HISC, tactics around marks in tide, goal setting and touching a little on nutrition.

We even managed to get some games going on the beach in 35 knots which turned out to be interesting!
