We want you to be completely satisfied with your Apex Sailing experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for both digital subscriptions and physical products.

1. Digital Subscriptions
30-Day Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial.

You can cancel your trial at any time during this period and you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan.

Paid Subscriptions

Once your subscription renews and the trial has ended, your payment becomes non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, or early cancellation of an active paid subscription.

If there is a billing error or service issue, please contact us — we’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Physical Products
​
We offer returns and refunds on eligible physical products (e.g., sailing hardware, books, or merchandise) under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Used or damaged products (unless faulty on arrival)

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:
